Storisell proudly delivers an employer branding video campaign to Philips. A project aimed at celebrating diversity and inclusion within the Philips organisation. Our goal was to interview people in leadership positions. Giving them the opportunity talk openly regarding their own experiences on the topic. The overall production gives several unique vantage-points that put emphasis on diverseness. An important topic which reflects why diversity is so relevant in a global organisation like Philips.
In this production, our team at Storisell visited both Kista, Sweden and Copenhagen, Denmark. At each location, we established an interview set-up in Philips offices. Each interview was filmed with open-ended questions that allowed the interviewee to provide their own opinions. A style of interview production that tends to provide better results for opinion-based productions. The production uses subtitles for usage in the different Nordic markets. The subtitles were translated into five different languages; Swedish, English, Danish, Finnish, and Norwegian. Our team handled the entire project from concept to post-production and delivery.
